Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Peaceful guest house with central heat and air, close to everything and no cleaning list! Enjoy driveway parking and complimentary snacks in our comfortable space full of vintage furniture and books. Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Explore Memphis and rest in our charming cottage! A full size second bed is available by request.

Higbee House, home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Our home is in a safe, friendly, neighborhood in the heart of the city. Harbert House is situated within walking distance to shops and food in Cooper Young + Overton Square, 2 miles from the Memphis Zoo and Overton park, & 3 miles from downtown. Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
