Amazing place

Clean cosy place with full amenities. Very close to the Flemingon racecourse

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

a little bit smaller single bedroom but very good everything else and super easy check in. overall a very good stay with very goods hosts! much appreciated thanks guys

Nice apartments, well priced, close to airport with everything needed close by. It was convenient for a night before flying from Melbourne airport, with good food options, chemist and supermarket close by Would stay again when travelling to/from the airport

Lovely flat (only quibble was that we didn't get a cleaning service so had to ask reception for towels, shower gel, tea etc to be replenished), excellent locality, beautiful city. Had a really great time in Australia. Wonderful scenery on the Great Ocean Drive. Nice cycle ride to Brighton beach. And loads of other things to do. Highly recommend both the apartment and the city.

PuntHill Apartments offer an excellent location, situated just down the street from a variety of restaurants. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly convenient, while being relatively close to the city ensures easy access to urban attractions. Ideal for a quick stopover, the apartment was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
