Also located just 10 minutes to the Dayton Boat dock, it’s a great spot for fishermen to hang their hats after a long day on the water, grill out, and relax. The carport on the cabin is a great spot to park your boat with electrical hook ups. Sit and listen to the chickens & our neighbors cows!

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.
