Only 7 minutes away from the nearest boat ramp next to highway 60 and 8 minutes from the Dayton Boat Dock where tournaments are held. Only 5 mins away from grocery stores. Five Points Cottage. An amazing little place!

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.
