Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Our intention was to create a place both elegant and modern. In the process , we added some boho style touches . We want our guests to experience deep relaxation and a feeling of surrender. For the body and soul. You deserve it! Drink your coffee after finishing work on our spacious living room . Eat a delicious breakfast or enjoy an evening drink at the balcony. Sleep deeply. Τhe house is new and fully renovated, comfortable and very spacious. It has excellent décor and, combined with the beautiful location where it is located, makes it an ideal choice for couples and families, since the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate 2 more persons. The house is just 30 meters from the sea, 5 km from the center and nearby there are cafes, taverns, barbecues, bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
