"Konstas House" Cozy Stone Island Retreat

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. The Red suite is located on the ground floor, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas which may sleep two kids and one bathroom with shower. Outdoors, it occupies a large yard space and seating for dining. There are facilities of a shared small, shared pool with jacuzzi jets. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.
