Tο διαμέρισμα Spiros House βρίσκεται ανατολικά του νησιού σε ένα μικρό και όμορφο ορεινό χωριό, το Κατωχώρι. Το σπίτι είναι 65 τ.μ με ένα δωμάτιο, μεγάλο σαλόνι- κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 5 άτομα, έτσι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες αλλά και ζευγάρια. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, TV, WiFi, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα καθώς επίσης πετσέτες, σεντόνια, κουβέρτες και μαξιλάρια. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και πανέμορφη θέα. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber.
