The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia.
