The Artist Loft

Mostly used as a photo studio, we are located on a second floor of a commercial building. There are other tenants in the building. We share lobby and common areas with some of the hottest tattoo artists in Charlotte. Do not hesitate to stop by and visit. We are just 10 minutes from uptown Charlotte and 20 minutes from Charlotte International Airport. Public transportation is available down the road. Our parking lot is super easy to get in and out. No Elevator.

*Shared space* - Feel close to nature in this minimal wabi sabi space in Noda. Ideal for an individual traveler looking for a very peaceful and quiet place to focus on work. Women only as it is an open air loft (no doors or locks - not discriminatory! Airbnb rules) When the space is not rented for a work/artist residency it is an artist ran studio and gallery. Diamond in the Rough

My property is at the end of a long dead end road. I live across the street from Mountain Island Lake and it’s a very secluded and quiet area. The property is minutes away from the boat access area so if canoeing or kayaking you’ll be in heaven. All the dogs run free around here, mine included. They are all very friendly. It helps do be a dog lover.
