Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

HOPE - Heated Lake home on beautiful Upper Silver Lake with TONS of room. The house is directly across the street from the lake’s private access. There is a fire pit, picnic table. The side deck is good for grilling. The house has all the amenities you need including Air-Conditioning. A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Have NO PET POLICY.

We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.
