The Old Boxing Club was originally built as a blast shelter in WWII. With a team of local craftsmen, we have transformed the former boxing club into a modern studio flat, keeping some of its unique and historic characteristics. Tucked away in a snug part of town, with everything you need on your doorstep.

Relax in our beautiful former coach house, stylishly renovated and conveniently located for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. The Coach House boasts a brand-new kitchen with Nespresso machine, living area, bedroom with luxury king bed, and ensuite with roll-top bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and shower room. Providing easy access to explore all Somerset has to offer, found in the centre of the village and just a stones-throw from two country pubs and shop

Tiny Home in the Somerset Levels

Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, our Tiny Home is a little rustic escape from modern life. Sit on the deck and enjoy the company of friendly cows basking in the evening sun, or gaze out of the picture window spotting the wildlife. The cabin is designed so that you can reconnect with yourselves and nature (there’s no TV!) - play board games, cook up something wonderful in the kitchen, or go exploring at one of the fabulous Somerset Levels nature reserves! Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Close to Clarks Factory Shopping Village with historic Glastonbury and Wells a short drive away. 100yards from country pub. Close to junction 23 on M5

A Little Somerset Haven

Recently renovated with love, this 17th Century house has modern features in a traditional build. With gorgeous walls made of stone, the attention to detail creates a wonderful environment, whether it be cosiness or relaxation you wish for, or even a little dinner party! Lower Godney is a charming community in the Somerset levels. Fields and farm animals a plenty, we are also lucky enough to be surrounded by nature & bird reserves. It goes without saying the walking and biking is heavenly!

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Daisy Chains, Under Starling Flight Path

A stone built character cottage nestled between the Mendip and Polden Hills, in the heart of the magical Avalon Marshes. Perfect location for exploring on foot or bicycle the stunning local flora and fauna. The renowned Ham Wall, Westhay Moor and Shapwick Heath Nature Reserves, home to the 'Big 3' are within 3 miles. Easy access to Cheddar Gorge with its staggering caves, Glastonbury Tor and Abbey rich in myth and legend and Wells with its magnificent Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
