We've lived in this wonderful area for ~30 years!

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Starr Mountain R & R

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Conveniently located off HWY 30 and HWY 411 near the Hiawassee and Ocoee Rivers. Outdoor adventures near hiking trails, and many great roads for those automobile and motorcycle enthusiasts. Located half way between Knoxville and Chattanooga just off I-75 Great spot for a pit stop overnight stay along the way. Close to Tellico Plains and the Cherohala Skyway, and not too far away from the Tail of the Dragon.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
