Private Downtown Condo - (3 Blocks from Magnolia!)

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Excellent location and walkable to many attractions. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean and decorated very tastefully. I felt safe with the keypad entrance to the building and the condo room. The condo is very spacious with two bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a nice dining area. We did not use the rooftop terrace.

Historic Warehouse Loft in Downtown Waco "DeLoft"

We loved our stay at this loft in Waco! The area felt safe and secure, the loft was cozy and clean (relatively quiet but the train is very close/loud when it comes by!), and it was really easy to walk to local downtown attractions - including Magnolia and multiple restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves back in Waco.

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip—we were in town for a concert and were pleasantly surprised to find the venue literally right next door! You can’t beat that kind of convenience. The house itself was clean, well-cooled, and very comfortable. The beds were firm but still cozy, and everyone in our group slept well with zero complaints. We did have a minor issue with the front door—it tended to blow open on a windy day if it wasn’t locked—but locking it from the inside solved that easily. Tracy was fantastic—super friendly and communicative throughout our stay. She gave us some great local food recommendations and tips on things to check out. The location is also an easy and comfortable walk to the Silos, which was a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

A Downtown Loft with a corner view!

Great place and location for this Mama Bear’s Easter visit with her Baylor student. The host was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us to feel at home for 4 nights. I even was able to do a load of laundry in the full size washer/dryer for my daughter! The only con to this location is the train tracks that had loud activity in the wee hours of the morning.

The Brazos Bear-Downtown Waco Condo-Walk to Silos!

INCREDIBLE! I rent a lot of vacation rentals, and this was among the best. The loft apartment was impeccably clean. We were a group of five moms on a girl's weekend. Every member in our party went on and on about how amazing this place was all weekend. It smelled amazing, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen had everything we needed to prep food and more, it had plenty of room for us to hang out all together in the living room with everyone being comfy, and it was beautifuly decorated. It was warm and welcoming, and we didn't want to leave! It was so close to the Silos - such an easy, quick little walk. We loved the cute little bookstore/coffee shop, Fabled, downstairs as well. The management company was very friendly and top notch. We all said we would definitely be back! Amazing!

Jeff and Alice's place was fantastic! The property was exceptionally well-maintained, with clean and comfortable accommodations. Its proximity to the university and local attractions made it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at the Juniper House! The home was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect location for everywhere we wanted to go and we felt right at home. We stayed busy during the days, so it was the perfect house to unwind at during the evenings. We especially loved the big backyard for our pup!

After a cancellation on another House. Xavier house was super easy to book super cute house with a huge backyard with a great place to do s’mores! Definitely will book again if I go back to Waco. The house is pretty much close to everything you need! Dr Pepper museum, The Silos and not to far from and amazing church Harris creek if you are in the area check it out! JESUS LOVES YOU! 🫶🏼

We really enjoyed our stay at Clay Cottage. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Great location as it was easily walkable to Magnolia and the Silos. David, the host, was very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know about the house and community.

This was a girls trip with 3 generations and the youngest being 8 months. The photos were great and but once we saw it in person, it was even better than the pictures! Loved the location that it was centrally located and so close to everything. And they just thought of everything and then some! There were so many little extras that made our stay extra special! We will be talking about our perfect accommodations for years.

Stay in the heart of Downtown Waco!

This property was perfect for a sister weekend getaway from Dallas. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location made walking to restaurants, the Silos and a cool bookstore very convenient. The listing exactly depicts the details of the condo. One of my favorite features was the powerful ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The place was very clean and inviting. I would recommend this property and would book again if I planned to visit Waco again.

We felt very safe. Everything was very quiet despite the fact that this is in the heart of condo housing for Baylor students. The parking was great and the location seemed perfect for all of the things we wanted to do (Magnolia).
