Close to the Historic Square (you may have seen it in the movie Groundhog Day) you can easily walk to unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. Entire home included in your stay, big fenced in yard that is pet friendly! Updated, clean, 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds. 1 full bathroom. Laundry room with W/D. All hard surface flooring throughout (no carpet), kitchen has new appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, quartz counters, all utensils stocked and available. There's a dining space with 4 chairs. Comfortable living room with couch and recliner, and wall mounted Smart TV. Patio, grill, outdoor space!

Sanctuary Woodland Guest House!

Our guest house is located on a picturesque 5 acres, next to a woodland forest. We also run a bird sanctuary on the property, Georgia's Place Bird Sanctuary, which makes this a paradise for an animal lover! We are happy to give guests a tour of our sanctuary. There is a large deck and fire pit for an enjoyable evening, and a walking trail for wildlife enthusiasts! We kindly ask guests not to bring meat onto the property as we are running a sanctuary that promotes compassion for all animals.

Your only neighbors are deer, foxes, eagles, owls, sand hill cranes, and wild turkeys. Tiny house sits on the bank of a small pond. You also have access to five acres of woods with marked trails. The property that the house sits on might be the most peaceful spot on earth. Tiny house means just that, it’s TINY, approximately 180 square feet. Owners live on site.
