Pop’s Country Cabin

Pop’s Country Cabin is a small remote cabin that sits 1/2mile off the road above a 5 acre lake on 77 acres of private land. The view from the front porch is amazing! You can sit, unwind, and watch the wildlife with a distant view of Bald Knob Cross. The cabin sits in the heart of Shawnee National Forrest and the Southern IL wine trail. You can enjoy the fire pit while watching the stars, with no distractions from neighbors, traffic, or lights. You can enjoy catch & release fishing from the bank

Cozy 1-BR guest house w/free parking on premises

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally, located place. Literally, a 1-4 minute walk to Mercy Hospital(formerly Southeast Hospital), less than 1 mile to Southeast University Campus, along with downtown(river). A street over is Broadway with many restaurants. Walmart Market and Dollar General are also conveniently located nearby. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, clean towels, pots and pans for those who prefer eating in. Please no animals and no smoking in the apartment.

Nestled in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, this suite is centrally located as a prime destination for any and all travelers alike. With parking available, this space offers a unique & trendy “midwest boho” vibe. ~WALKABLE~ Our studio is 1 block from the bustling Southeast Missouri State University, 1 block from the gorgeous Capaha Park, and 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital. If you are interested in night life, this space is simply a 5-10 minute walk to all DT bars and restaurants.

River Run

Charming 1940s farmhouse. Updated 1 1/2 story house in a rural setting overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River, but close to the heart of Cape Girardeau. Our house has lots of room to relax with a large kitchen and sunroom. You can sit by a cozy fire pit and enjoy chilly evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to you spending time in our neck of the woods (so to speak). We are located with in seven miles from the Isle casino, SEMO state university and a happening down town.

Bald Knob Cabin

Located in heart of Shawnee National Forest, Bald Knob Wilderness and River To River Trail , is a former orchard turned cozy hiker/biker haven. Just 2 miles down the road from Bald Knob Cross of Peace. This studio style cabin was recently renovated and has a fully functioning kitchen. Bald Knob Cabin is the ideal location to unplug and put your feet up after a long day hiking trails or traveling the Shawnee Wine Trail that flows through the cozy, inviting town of Alto Pass. No WIFI or TV!

Charming Cabin Overlooking 5 Acre Lake

This cozy, newly remodeled, and inviting cabin offers you a relaxing, serene, and tranquil setting. During your stay you will see nature at its finest. Enjoy a drink on the large deck overlooking the picturesque landscape as well as the lake. If you enjoy fishing then this stocked lake is the place for you. Feel free to fish on the bank or the dock. This cabin is part of the original homestead that was established in 1855 by Valentine Kimber. Located close to wine trails and interstate 57.

A custom-built treehouse located on 10 acres with a water view that you can take in from the hot tub on the deck! It is nestled high in the trees and is the perfect romantic getaway for two! Feel like you are away from it all without being away from it all! This treehouse is located on a county road just minutes from Cape Girardeau. Enjoy catch and release fishing on site, local wineries, shopping in historic downtown Cape Girardeau, local restaurants, gambling, historical sites & more!
