The place is exactly like shown in the photos and it was super clean and well maintained, kartiki was super responsive and she proactively gave helpful suggestions to us regarding our doubts. Although the place is a little far to walk to the famous beaches like baga and candolim but the rental vehicles are available right at the entry gate of the apartment, Amazing experience all in all.

We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

This is my first stay at this cozy Airbnb best place to stay in North goa. Peaceful neighbourhood and many places to go partying n fancy restaurants and coffee shop in vicity and breakfast was available on request whenever needed caretaker were keeping the place. We had a wonderful stay at Raghav’s property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. Raghav was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, and he even allowed us an early check-in which made our arrival in Goa smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and would definitely love to stay again!

The location was great, and the stay was very comfortable. The hosts, Ashvit and Krutika, were very responsive and helpful. One suggestion: There is only one mirror in the room. Adding an additional mirror in the living or common space would be helpful.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!
