Riverland View is located in the peaceful and beautiful Maam Valley, ideally located for access to Killary Fjord, Westport, Clifden and Galway City. With beaches, mountains, cycle and walking routes within easy reach, as well as local kayaking, there's something for everyone. The house comprises of two double rooms with one ensuite. A cosy living room with a wood burning stove and a spacious kitchen/diner. Oil-fired central heating throughout. An outside area to sit and enjoy the views.

Our cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. Approximately 300 meters from the pier and swimming area on the beautiful northern shores of Lake Corrib, Irelands premier trout and salmon fishing lake. Local Pub & Shop are walking distance. We are located approximately 10K from Cong and historic Ashford Castle. 10 K to the west are the beautiful Maamturk mountains offering exceptional hill walking opportunities. Leenane and Killary Fjord is a short drive west.

Sheperd s Rest

Welcome to Shepherd's Rest. A self contained cosy apartment. The apartment is located on our working farm with views of Lough Corrib and Shannaghree Lakes, as well as breathtaking views of Connemara Mountains. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. Maam 4 km for nearest shop and pub. Oughterard 24 km and Maam Cross 8 km for restaurants.
