Ballarat Crown Cottage on acreage ~ Self Check-In

Ideal for short and long term stays. Substantial discounted rates for stays a week or more for this self-contained house with peaceful and private surroundings. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, Lake Burrumbeet, YMCA swimming pool, art gallery, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It’s a few minutes drive to Lucas shopping centre, 10-minute drive to the CBD and 20 minutes to Sovereign Hill. For safety reasons, the gas fireplace is not available but has 3 reverse cycle aircon.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road.
