Park View Place 4 Blocks From the World's Biggest

Park View Place 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 level with a small yard, multiple parking spaces in the front of the home with wheel chair access ramp to the front door. 4 blocks of The World's Largest Things just across from the Fairview Park that has 2 fishing ponds with Trout in them, a playground, a horse arena, camping area and ball fields. The neighborhood is very nice. We also offer a new 6 seater Golf Cart available for Rent to our 3 houses on a first come first serve basis.

Cozy home located in a quiet neighborhood about 5min. from the new Emerald Acres sports complex, shopping and food. Only 20 minutes to an Amish shopping community in Arthur. We pride ourself in the small details from a full coffee bar to soaps and shampoo’s in the showers. Roku TV’s in each bedroom and living room. Simply log on to your streaming accounts. Fenced in backyard with patio. No pets.

Our family has enjoyed good experiences staying at AirBnb houses when traveling, so we decided to provide a place for others coming to our community. Arthur often has lots of activity, but this home away from home will be a peaceful spot for you to unwind. Just half a dozen blocks from downtown, but on a quiet dead end street.
