Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Our charming home is located in the heart of Paxos,steps away you'll find a selection of delightful restaurants where you can savor local Greek cuisine, as well as charming cafes and shops. The beautiful beaches are only a short walk away allowing you to easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and peaceful surroundings.The property is ideally situated with free parking available nearby.Additionally, a bus stop is just around the corner, providing easy access to explore the rest of the island.

Villa Mevis-Levantes

Levantes, is a beautifully renovated stone house that serves as a guest house of Villa Mevis. The room is located in the center of Paxoi island, close to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages). The property is surrounded by the scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry. The courtyard offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay and is the ideal destination to enjoy a relaxed vacation.

Azalea House Holiday Villa in Paxos

Azalea House is a small cozy house nestled on a slope with stunning view toward the sea. Newly renovated, the house is located in a quiet residential area of Paxos Island, just a short drive (10min) away from the central town of Gaios, which makes Azalea House the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. The house can accomodate up to two persons, distributed between the double room and the large sofa bed in the living room, and offers a colorful private garden , pool and off road parking.

Alba

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Vintage House Gaios center

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

La Villa Charlotte se compose d’une belle chambre, d’une salle de bain/wc et d’un coin toilette/wc. Son salon, équipé d’un confortable canapé lit, donne sur de belles terrasses paysagères. Prolongée d’une pergola abritant le coin repas, la villa offre une belle vue mer mais aussi une vue à 180 degrés sur les collines plantées d’oliviers et de cyprès. A 6 minutes à pied du port de Loggos avec ses tavernes, bars et commerces ainsi que plusieurs plages.

A cozy stone cottage fully equipped. It has been renovated with great attention to detail while retaining the traditional atmosphere. Located in a beautiful and quiet village in the center of Paxos island and is ideal for people who want to visit all the villages around the island. It is surrounded by a beautiful natural environment, full of olive trees and flowers offering complete seclusion, peacefulness and privacy.

If you want to wake up and face the beautiful view from the picturesque bay of Lakka or have your dinner on the balcony looking at the lights from the sailing ships that look like stars in the sky then this beautiful house is for you!! Villa Maltezos. Villa close to Levrechio beach.

With sublime sea views and within walking distance of Loggos, Maltezos is a charming two bedroom villa which has recently been renovated. For relaxing days at the villa, the terrace and swimming pool area enjoys open views to the sea and Levrechio beach, which conveniently is only a 5 minute walk away.

Stone Cottage Oriana, Loggos, Paxos

Traditional Greek stone cottage, located in the olive groves, less than 10 minutes walk down to Loggos village and a shorter walk to the beaches Marmari and Kipos. There is one master double bedroom and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds.

Venetian House, built 1833, recently restored
