The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. E' facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i parcheggi del centro storico ed a pochi passi si possono trovare: bar, ristoranti, banche, alimentari una pasticceria ed una farmacia. L'abitazione di recente ristrutturazione di 68m, ha una entrata indipendente ed è composta: da una cucina con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto ed un bagno.

Peaceful hideaway in a 11th century Tuscan village

Imagine a former medieval tower, once part of a 11th century fortified castle. As you enter, like in most Tuscan country houses, there is a kitchen with a stone sink. A stairway brings to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with their original terracotta floors and wooden beams. They both offer a gorgeus, unobstructed view of Chianti vineyards and hills. And a private access to a terracotta terrace facing the valley. It's hard to imagine a more peaceful scenery.

The 80 sqm Suite "Note di paesaggio" is located on the second floor of a historic building where it meets the landscape of the Val d'Orcia. You can enjoy a 30sqm terrace and its suggestive view of the countryside.
