A truly beautiful experience staying at the Wild Orchid Cottage. It is evident to see the love and thought Pia has put into the place. The cottage is in a perfect location and the surroundings are majestic. Pia could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, for that we are so grateful.

Fantastic venue. My partner and I booked this quiet getaway to celebrate new years. It had the peace and quiet we were after. The host was also very accommodating answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great and reaponsive host. 5/5 stars.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

We had such a great time staying at Lauretta’s Airbnb! The area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were so many amazing sites and scenic hikes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lauretta was super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Her place had such a unique charm, from the decor to the overall vibe—it really added to the experience and made it feel special. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, cozy spot with character and access to nature. Thanks again, Lauretta!

Stayed for long weekend to accompany client for respite. She loved everything about the place, as did I. Place was as described and looked even better in person. The pool/sauna/spa area were awesome and we made good use out of these amenities during our stay. Great little living/kitchen area and comfy bed upstairs, Very accessible and accommodating to clients needs. Neighbours were a little noisy, as it was the long weekend that was to be excepted but other than that it was a Relaxing little get away, hope to visit again soon.

We stayed here before and after our wedding. What a little slice of paradise. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birds in the morning was a lovely reminder to slow down and soak in this beautiful place. Direct access to the winery and only a short 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. The rooms are fantastic and bathrooms are just something else! Beautiful home and beautiful host. Cosy and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and has great views of Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. We had a lovely family weekend despite some rain and were able to make use of the games. And a fifteen minute walk to the beach when it did clear up. Thanks Madeleine for a great stay!

This is the seventh time we have stayed at Shaun’s Cottage. Shaun has always been a fabulous host and on this particular occasion our visit was due to the passing of a family member and Shaun was extremely flexible with us as we needed to change our booking at the last minute and he even went as far as to offer condolences and leave beautiful flowers for us. Above and beyond as a host so thank you Shaun.

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

A Perfect Country Retreat! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful country property, and I can wholeheartedly give it a 10/10! The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made for a truly relaxing getaway. The highlight was the amazing bathtub with a view—soaking while enjoying the picturesque landscape was simply delightful. We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s private and relaxed but still super close to Mornington with plenty of great restaurants and shops etc, we also drove down to the Peninsula Hot Springs which is always divine. Loved the remote control sky lights, our door area, shower, homely touches, animals, and breakfast supplies. The bed was super comfy too! Definitely recommend this place for a little getaway. Silver leaf cottage is nestled in beautiful gardens . Bernadette is very conscious of allowing her guests privacy . We only met her as she was watering the garden early one evening when we returned from a day out . She was friendly but not inquisitive. The setting is very peaceful . The only sounds you will hear are birdsong and chirping crickets . The French inspired decor is very easy on the eye and the towels and bedding are luxurious. The Queen sized bed is extremely comfortable and the shower of the very effective rain shower type . The location meant we could easily travel to see friends in Portsea and go to the beach in Sorrento and McCrae . We dined at Paul Louey’s Chinese restaurant in Rye where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced .

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb right in the heart of Healesville. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and the local shops. Being so close to the main street made everything super convenient, yet the place was still quiet and peaceful at night. The home itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully styled, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Great base for exploring the Yarra Valley too. Highly recommend!

Magnificent place to stay! Wake up with an amazing view of sunrise of Yarra Ranges is undescribable by words. Highly recommended if you are an animal lovers, you may have a chance to interact with the host's goats and sheeps.

This cottage is absolutely gorgeous! The location is truly perfect, literally one minute away from everything in Marysville and a very close drive to dozens of incredible hikes. We stayed here for four nights and were lucky with perfect weather. Nina was a wonderful host, exceptionally communicative and even dropped us off some cookies halfway through our stay. We hope to be back again soon!
