The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Take a step back in time and enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway. Red Pine Cabin is secluded and set back 3 acres along the drive. Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. The small town of Barryton is located a mile to the South

The covered deck and hot tub provide direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits off the lake, just a short stroll down the driveway to the water. The cottage sits on three lots with a nice size yard for kids to play and plenty of parking. The cottage has comfortable sized rooms, inside & outside eating area, wifi, and cable. Three mini splits heat and cool the cottage. There are several golfcourses and wineries close by. The cottage has its own private dock and swimming area.
