This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! Ideal for large families or a sports team! An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

This historic English Tudor style home is located in the heart of Downtown Martin, and only 1.2 miles from the University of Tennessee with its cultural and athletic activities. Walk across the street to the Square and grab a coffee at Martin’s Coffee & Bakery, eat at La Cabana Mexican, or shop at Sugar & Spice Boutique. Head on over to A.B. Cheatham’s Downtown Tavern for a beer or glass of wine, or enjoy fine dining and excellent service at The Opera House Restaurant. Welcome & enjoy your stay!

There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!
