The Little Green Cottage ( guest house)

The cottage is nestled in the pines 20ft from main house 800 sq. ft. 2-story cottage has security And white lights from main house for light… Eclectic in style with a vaulted ceiling in the large upstairs bedroom. Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. (Use Kayaks at your own risk, Lifejackets are provided)

Modern farmhouse vibe-3 room suite. Mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously but can sleep up to 4. *see note* King bed in large main BR w/ sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small twin-sized futon. A 3rd room (small BR) with a twin sized bed (36” high). Privacy for each room. Key code/Stairs to entry.Right off I-20: easy access to Shreveport/Bossier. Country views/pond/deck. On site security.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Welcome to a thoughtfully designed upstairs apartment located near the downtown Marshall, Texas. This two-bedroom, one-bath space occupies the upper floor of a distinctive two-story home that blends antique charm with modern touches. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The space is ideal for guests visiting family, attending local events, or exploring nearby attractions. Near Caddo lake, Jefferson Tx, Wiley college, and ETBU.

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

The Redwood

Come enjoy the stillness and silence of our beautiful proeperty. You will love the deep porches with the rocking chairs and porch swing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, play a game of cornhole, or build a fire in the firepit in the large common area. The Redwood has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

Bobcat Bungalow: Cozy & Clean! No check-out list!

The Bobcat Bungalow has both indoor and outdoor areas to rest, relax, rejuvenate & catch up with friends and family. This cozy bungalow has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. It can accommodate families, friends or just a single person looking to get away. Relax on the front patio or the back deck. We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview.

Glamping Cabin - Boho Retreat

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene wooded area of the piney woods of East Texas. Unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on our deck overlooking the canopy of trees. 1 Queen Bed. 2 twin pullout couches. Coffee available in cabin. Microwave and fridge on site. Bottles of wine available for purchase. Need any extra accommodations? Just ask! I will do what I can to make it possible.
