On Pretty Lake close to Culver Academy and ND

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Academy Haven - Celebrate & Unwind

Enjoy the lake breeze while sitting next to the fire after having a wonderful night of celebration. This house offers everything you could want for a family vacation. Do you have a big family? Well, this place sleeps 10 guests and has a 6-person golf cart to go with it. Don't forget about the two fridges and plenty of coolers to feed the family. There is a full bath with a half bath in the master bedroom, six twin beds, and two queens. Versatile kitchen and a 12-person dining room table.

Perfect spot: 3 FULL baths, 4 bedrooms

All photos are 2025. 4 large bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms all separate from bedrooms. Easy walk to academy, Lake Max, ALL restaurants & stores within 2 blocks. Big yard/large deck w/ grill. Washer/dryer, DISH, WiFi. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air + additional room units if someone wants even cooler for sleeping. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason. Affordable.

Pretty Lake Retreat

Custom built in 2016, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath open-concept home features vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, laundry area, walk-in showers, rec room, large deck and gas firepit along the lakefront. Found 0.5 miles from Pretty Lake Golf Course, 10 miles from Culver Academies, 17 miles from Potato Creek, 35 miles from Notre Dame, 2 hours from both Indianapolis and Chicago, this is certainly a home away from home and an amazing place to entertain!

This unit has 1 queen bedroom,1 full jackknife sofa,2 twin bunks for the kids,cozy bedding, 2 tv’s with YouTube tv.Throughout the inside of this unit you will find special touches like an electric fireplace,all stainless appliances, Keurig machine,cooking utensils and more. Outside you will enjoy the outdoor kitchen with gas grill and only 2 minutes away from the boat launch at beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee we recommend you bring your boat or watercraft for a day on the all sport lake.

Main Street Retreat

A great place to retreat with all the key amenities to complete your stay after enjoying everything this quaint town has to offer. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and Lake Maxinkuckee and just a mile from Culver Academies. We allow dogs for an additional fee; see house rules for additional requirements when bringing your furry friend. Home is available for long-term stay during the 2024 - 2025 Culver Academy school years. Please inquire with host for details.
