Modern and furnished with a nola flair, this apartment is the perfect home away from home for short-term stays. King bed in one room, and queen size bed in the second bedroom with 400 thread count sheets and a pull-out full size bed n the living room. a comfy couch and tvs with Rokus make hanging out fun in the comfortable living room. Bathroom has a great shower and white fluffy towels. Walk to: James Beard award winning Shaya Restaurant Rouses Market Port Orleans Brewery Cherry Espresso Bar Your own entrance means you can come and go as you wish. There is a kitchen and great wifi! I will let guests enjoy New Orleans on their own but if they need me I will be there in a second! The house is in Uptown New Orleans. It's within walking distance to a legendary music venue, grocery store, coffee shop, brewery, the delicious cheese fries at F&M's patio bar, and James Beard's award-winning Shaya restaurant beta We’ve put our heart and soul into making this a special space. 1 bed/1bath COMPLETELY PRIVATE UNIT. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Walmart is 3 blocks away from home and several restaurants are in the area. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS I AGREE TO AN EXTRA GUEST FOR A CHARGE.
