Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Unsere Finca ist ein kleines Paradies mit viel Privatsphäre. Sie liegt auf dem Land zwischen Frigiliana und Nerja u. nur ca. 4 km von den Stränden in Nerja entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man wunderbare Wanderungen unternehmen. In Nerja gibt es viele schöne kleine Meeresbuchten und unzählig viele gute Restaurants. Frigiliana gehört zu den schönsten weißen Dörfern in Andalusien. Bis Málaga oder Granada fährt man mit dem Auto in jeweils ca. 1 Stunde.
