This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay in this huge and perfectly equipped apartment! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal—everything, from restaurants to supermarkets and attractions, is within walking distance. On top of that, the host was super friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to stay in Quito, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Estancia agradable, zona tranquila muy cerca del parque Carolina y mall El jardín. Sol muy amable en todo lo requerido. lo único por mejorar es la Tv que sea Smart para conectarse a Youtube, Disney o Netflix, muy útil en la noche cuando se viaja con niños. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente y seguro volvería.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

El departamento muy cómodo, el lugar muy seguro y Gabriela siempre pendiente de todo, excelente anfitriona.

The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, a big mall and public transportation, yet the place is very tranquil. The host is responsive and helpful. The place is well designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. One minor issue was that the place was listed as an apartment, but it´s a studio. Also, the washer costs extra $4 (including drying). The listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

El lugar es tal cual como en las fotos, precioso, limpio y con muchísimos detalles que lo hacen muy acogedor. Estuvimos muy a gusto toda nuestra estadía. Tanya y Kristianne fueron súper atentas, siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos bien, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Nos encantó la experiencia y sin duda volveríamos muchas veces más. ¡Recomendado totalmente!

La comunicación fue A1 desde el primer segundo, inclusive antes de reservar Paola fue muy amable y flexible considerando que mi vuelo llegaba de madrugada. El lugar es muy céntrico; sin embargo, está alejado del caos de la ciudad. Cerca hay 2 centros comerciales y muchos lugares para poder comer y comprar despensa. El lugar fue tal cual el descrito y muy cómodo, adicionalmente el wifi fue muy bueno.

Un espacio sumamente agradable, bonito y aseado. Hubiese sido bueno que desde el inicio quede claro cómo se maneja el proceso para hacer uso de las instalaciones como gym, piscina, etc. Con el fin de tener una planificación dentro del lugar, sin embargo, todo es excelente

Un buen departamento para estar cerca de los lugares turísticos de Quito

Nos gustó mucho la estadía, estaba muy cerca de todo, en el departamento nunca hubo racionamientos por cortes de energía programados lo que fue muy importante para nosotros. Nos hospedamos del 19 al 21 de octubre del 2024. Como sugerencia, quizá debería colocar un letrero de “cuidado al abrir la puerta” por que en reiteradas ocasiones todos los q abríamos el cerrojo nos lastimábamos los dedos con el perfil (Marco) de la puerta. Recomiendo este hospedaje, tiene unas excelente ubicación, muy limpio y organizado a demás de estar cerca de todo.
