A pochi passi dal Bastione Saint Remy vicino a ristoranti tipici e boutique esclusive. Ampia terrazza di 100 mq con vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Cagliari e sul Golfo degli Angeli, ideale per relax e cene all’aperto. La località ideale per gli amanti del mare e della tranquillità. Durante le giornate di maestrale il surf è lo sport preferito lungo la costa. Trascorri momenti indimenticabili in questa casa che gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle altissime dune, il mare incontaminato, la spiaggia dorata e dalla quale potrai ammirare suggestivi tramonti. Si accede mediante scala condominiale che conduce alla terrazza coperta da tettoia in legno, dotata di doccia e barbecue . Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.

E' stata ristrutturata, arredata e corredata di tutto: 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, 2 bagni completi, grande salone con cucina, porticato d'ingresso e parcheggio privato. Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
