Converted in 1950’s to an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment, each complete with a kitchen and indoor plumbing! In 2023, we updated the house. You will be enjoying apt. A (Above); a 1930’s/40’s vibe.😃

We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".
