The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der Natur, direkt angrenzend an unseren Pferdehof, umgeben von einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die Ruhe suchen und eine bewusste Auszeit genießen möchten. Die Unterkunft inkl. Garten steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung!

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Welcome to our Funky soul studio, design with love for interior and photography. That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Graden apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. It has an independent entrance and a private garden, however not enclosed, where you can relax or eat. The apartment is very bright and recently renovated. From the living room you have door windows from where you can enjoy the view of the mountain Peca or simply step out on to the garden. TOURIST TAXES TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT. €1,60 PER PERSON PER DAY

To visit these two places from our apartments , you even don't need a car - have a short walk 20 min to Vintgar gorge or you can take our free bikes to visit Bled center with lake in 10 min.
