Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We had such a wonderful stay and will be back! It’s an awesome house with so many amenities to make it an extra special home away from home. The pool, hot tub, beautiful back patio, dart board and pool table were all well utilized during our stay. Anthony was responsive and helpful, and I loved the laminated book with information about the house as an extra special touch. Others have noted the challenge of having to contact the host to turn on the hot tub, which isn’t ideal, but I found that Anthony typically responded in 30 minutes or less. We loved our experience and the memories we made!

My friends and I had a great time in Austin, and Jessica’s place had so much to do with that. The neighborhood was great and very walkable, and a short drive away from the best of what Austin has to offer. Thanks for making our trip memorable!

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

From the time that we made our reservation to stay at Josh’s place I knew this was somewhere my wife and I couldn’t wait to stay at. Our communication before arrival was great and helpful. This is going to be a location that when we think of will always have fond memories of. Both the couch and the loveseat were very comfortable as was the mattress in the bedroom. The bed was so delightful I didn’t notice the the remote to adjust the mattress until right before our departure. Plenty of silverware and dishes were available in the kitchen along with an excellent refrigerator. The pool is wonderful and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful weather and be outside relaxing in a resort style pool. There are so many great places to check out in the Hill Country area of Texas and many of them are nearby. We really enjoyed Desert Door distillery which makes Texas Sotol and their cocktails are amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit to Josh’s place sometime soon.

Such a cute place in a great location! It had all the amenities and it was walkable. I was able to work remotely during the week as the space was peaceful and had great WiFi. Tom was a great host! A nice little touch was that we could leave our suitcases in the entryway after checkout and come back for them later in the day. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Rachel’s was perfect, very nice spacious home that is within a couple miles walk of lots of amazing restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Marilyn was an amazing host! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed the hospitality. She asked about what kind of fresh fruit I liked and had it in the fridge for me upon arrival! The studio is tucked away in a cute and quiet neighborhood that’s close enough to everything Austin has to offer but just outside of all the hustle and bustle and noise of downtown. I also really appreciated the flexibility in check in/out times! Would love to stay again in the future☺️

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Amazing place!! The pictures do not do it justice. Much larger than it appears in the photo. Cleanliness was second to none and the bed was very comfortable. I will definately look to stay here again when in the area!!

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Roof top pool amazing. View of Austin is amazing. Clean, moden buildings. Best gym I have ever seen at a hotel. Great for morning walks. Fast internet. $10 uber to 6th St night life. My only kick on the place is the cost of parking. But that is fully disclosed in the discription of the apartment. $40++ a night is very steep. Over the road open parking is $35. It's valet parking. I would prefer to park my own car and make it cheaper. Not sure if there's other options close by, I didn't really look into it. We were super comfortable in this beautiful space that was equipped with everything we needed. There’s a full service bar/coffee shop in the lobby which was a nice convenience, and the pool area was a plus. Jason was responsive any time we had a question. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. People are intimidated by rules but they’re really just ensuring that the space isn’t destroyed by out of hand parties/drunken nights, and I appreciate that! Would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I loved this place, the bed was comfy, it was spacious, clean and the decor was beautiful, the view was amazing especially at night. We were just a walk away from the all the fun bars , night life and food, the vibe was more than just right!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Lovely place to stay a few days and enjoy Austin. The house is really nice and convenient, and Stephen always keeps an eye on anything you might need.
