We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

This was a great spot to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family! It slept 12 adults comfortably, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The yard was perfect for yard games, the grill was great for flipping burgers and hot dogs, the fire pit was nice for s'mores and warmth on a chilly evening, and the upper deck was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. If you're looking for a lakeside cabin with more of a "glamping" feel, then this is the place!

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We had a great time at Lacey’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a weekend girls trip and the house had enough beds that our party of 8 slept comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful trip to Lake Travis.

Bring your own board games if that's what you enjoy. The view is beautiful Great pics on deck in evening The bunk will only hold someone under 125lbs guest bath has little water pressure at the sink. Opinions: River access made easy. The place was beautiful, warm/felt like home, and was nicely decorated. Looks like the photos. The king bed in the master suite was acceptable from comfort standards. The linens were nice. AC worked. The living room couch was great! We'd stay here again. FACTS: - 7-minute drive to HEB. - There were no sheet pans or baking dishes in the kitchen. - Cozi Vacation Rentals notified us that no one was staying there the day before our arrival. They offered 50% off to book that date. We declined. - We asked Cozi rentals to check in two hours early (2pm instead of 4pm), since no one was there. They quoted us an early check-in fee of $70.00. We declined. - Master bathroom door is a barn door - house is at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac - floor fans provided - Garage access is prohibited

Beautiful lake access. Overall interior was disappointing- furniture was very old, kitchen was super small, hard to fit in front of stove to cook as space was very cramped . Stove located in a closet space. No spices, condiments, Tupperware, foil, plastic wrap, napkins, etc. Cookware was very scratched and peeling. Drinking glasses were stained. AC’s were wall units and were very loud. Place was expensive, expected a much nicer interior and much more kitchen supplies for the price. Most run down house on the block for sure. Back porch and grill had a lot of gunk on it. Stuffed rabbit with antlers hanging on wall. Needs a ladies touch for sure.

Nicely appointed, very clean and beautiful spot! Denise was a great communicator and even arranged for an earlier check in when our plans had us in the area a few hours earlier than expected.

Perfect home rental for my family as we were attending a wedding. Home was easy for my older in-laws to use without any difficulties for their mobility getting in and out of the home. The wedding venue was 10 minutes away at Villa Antonia. The hotel accommodations for the wedding was 45 minutes away so this home rental was a lot more convenient for us compared to the rest of the wedding party (including the bride and groom!).

Would definitely recommend Zanes place to others. Lots of room inside and out . Just as described and host was very responsive . Will stay again . DW

The home was perfect for our annual fishing trip with the kids. 2 homes for 2 families. Fun and playful decorations in the homes to get you in the vacation mood. Within walking distance to a park. Amazing 2 story dock that offered us in the shade while fishing off the dock and places for us to play games with the kids.

This was a good value being right there on the water. The space was well organized and was spacious inside. Even when there was any issue, Robert quickly took care of it. I would definitely recommend this place for the overall value.

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

This was our second visit to this little gem. It has EVERYTHING you need to relax and unplug! We took our boat and had fun fishing both with our boat and off the dock. The screened porch and deck are wonderful places to relax and enjoy outdoors. We love this lake house.

We were in a little bit of a bind and needed a same day place to stay. Tim was wonderful about an unexpected rental of his home and he made sure everything was ready very quickly! We are so appreciative of how quickly he responded and helped us make the best out of an unexpected extended stay. The house is amazing and has stunning views of the lake. 10/10 amazing experience.

I haven't tried many Airbnbs but let me tell you this is by far my favorite!! The house smells relaxing like eucalyptus when you walk in. There are artsy pictures and zen decorations all around. You glide through the open layout on the nice cool modern concrete floors and find a gift bag on the counter. Nothing makes you feel more special than the note and goodies that are inside for you. The entire house is SO well stocked. Joni is thoughtful with the way she has everything. First aid kits, food, cooking gear (lots of it.) I thoroughly enjoyed utilizing the kitchen. Lets not forget about the AMAZING yard where you WILL see deer and other wildlife. It feels like you were planted in the middle of an ecosystem of beautiful creatures because well, you are! You can see the lake from the comfort of the giant patio with tons of seating. . and grillout before heading 8 mins down the road to go Kayaking. I'm obsessed. Thanks Joni for being the most inviting host!!

Our stay at Sleepy Oaks was absolutely magical! We were a group of 12 friends, and this house provided the perfect setting for our holiday gathering. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated the home was. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host, Sharon, was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She responded promptly, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location was ideal, offering stunning scenery and a cozy atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Sleepy Oaks was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable time with friends. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely keep it in mind for future getaways!

We had to rent this sweet cottage right on the water at the last minute on a busy holiday weekend. Such a great place with a beautiful view of the lake. We would love to come back and really enjoy this space in the future.
