Countryside farm stay

Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

No kitchen! One bedroom, bathroom and living room

Apartment within family home. No kitchen. Two bedrooms with one double and one single bed. one bathroom with electric shower. one of the bedrooms have living room space. Child friendly with travel cot, stair gate and toys. Own fridge toaster and kettle. Parking situated right outside. Place is within walking distance to ballygawley with all the essential shops, bars and restaurants. Great access to M1 . 5 mins from Todd’s leap activity centre. The Annex Entire place

The Annex is situated in the countryside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside and yet only 5 mins by car into Cookstown. Cookstown is in the centre of Northern Ireland and is easily accessible from all parts of the country. We are beside the Cookstown 100 road race.Local attractions are killymoon golf course,Lough fea, wellbrook beetling mill,Davagh Forrest mountain bike trials. We are approx one hour drive from the north coast,international airport and ferry terminals.

Our 'Tranquil Haven by the River Fane' is just a 12.5 KM. drive from the M1 Motorway and part of the famous ‘Drumlin Country’ of Co Monaghan. 'Candlefort Lodge' is a 95 sq m./(1022sq ft.) sized apartment at the lower ground level of our home. It is self-contained, bright, and private. Catstone Lodge studio "Teach Sagard"

Get away from it all and enjoy the tranquil country surroundings of Mature gardens. Wake up to birdsongs and view of the historic and mythical hill Uisneach 'the scared centre of Ireland in Pagan times' The studio apartment is adjoined to our home but has its own entrance. Catstone Lodge was built in the early 19th century and has lovely high wooden beam ceilings. Explore the acre of mature gardens and paths around Catstone.
