Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

We are in the country & only 5 miles to Walmart & restaurants. I24 is about 9 miles.

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

Cozy Cabin close to Tims Ford Lake & Jack Daniels

A cozy cabin awaits you located close to Tim's Ford Lake-1/2 mile from Holiday Landing Marina & Blue Gill Restaurant. Lynchburg, home to popular Jack Daniel's Distillery-only 12 miles away; Nashville-90 mins. Made from handcrafted red cedar, you will be met with a woodsy aroma when entering. Special touches can be found throughout including Jacuzzi tub! Truly a unique wooded cottage, equipped to ensure a relaxing getaway. Pet friendly with an additional pet fee.

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House. There is a second home on the same property you can rent listed as New Tiny Home in the Mountains. See the last picture.

PRIVACY, FUN, and HI SPEED INTERNET await for all at the newly finished Fire Lake Lodge at beautiful Normandy lake. You can Walk to the beach/lake access area from the cabin, but why walk when you have your very own golf cart and kayaks! Hot tub, Beach Volleyball court, pool table, 6’ fire pit, outdoor shower and more! Everything is PRIVATE, nothing is shared on this almost two acre property located right above the boat ramp at fire lake.
