A quaint cottage located at the top of 1/10 mile dirt driveway. Some great routes nearby to see the Fall Foliage, pumpkin patches or pick fresh apples. Fully equipped kitchen/w washer & dryer. Great place to get away & enjoy the quiet country. There is Starlink wireless internet and Roku TV available to you. Outside there’s a place have to have a BBQ or campfire & enjoy the outdoors. The Battenkill River is near by to fly fish or tube Very close to Vermont, Saratoga Springs and Lake George

This townhouse is the nicest one around. It is incredibly close to everything you want to do; Minutes to SPAC, Downtown Saratoga, Ballston Spa, the Casino, LG, and the Horse Race Track. This home has a new kitchen, central air, and is fully furnished. There are two master bedrooms with their own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom downstairs. Hot tub with fire table and comfortable patio furniture! Perfect stay for couples, friend groups, or large groups. We can accommodate just ask!

Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.
