Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

Wo Skifahren und Italienflair sich vereinen. 30 Min von den Skipisten im Engadin und ebenfalls 30 Min vom Comersee entfernt. Die einheimischen Vermieter wohnen im 2. Stock und stehen gerne für Fragen, Anliegen oder Tipps zur Verfügung. Der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir sind gerne Gastgeber!

The nearest ski lift is 5 minutes away by car. Fast internet, smartspeaker, Netflix included.

Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers beautiful views of the mountains. The house is easily accessible by public transport and is ideally located between the end of the slopes and the cable car. There is a parking space available in the underground car park.
