La nostra baita offre un rifugio semplice e accogliente, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La baita è dotata di una cucina ben attrezzata con un forno a legna, camere confortevoli, bagno e doccia semplici, una veranda accogliente. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (15min.) con parcheggio.

Our newly renovated and cosy loft-apartment with a Scandinavian touch offers you an open view to the upper Engadin Valley. It is located at a calm and sunny spot in La Punt and is a perfect nest for all kind of outdoor activities. As a part of the La Mora 4 star residence you can use a shared sauna, a games and billiard room and a reception desk. It is easily accessible either by public transport or car. Hotel standard bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Viel Natur, das rauschen des Bergbaches direkt neben dem Gartensitzplatz, weite Ebenen und imposante Berge direkt vor der Haustür, mit einem weiten Netz an Wanderwegen, Loipen und Skipisten. Der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert und eingerichtet. Naturbelassene heimische Hölzer, Leinenvorhänge, mineralische Farben und Abriebe sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima.

Bijou im Engadin

Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Der Blick direkt in die Berge und in die Natur ist wunderschön. Viel Holz und edle Materialien machen die Wohnung zu einem Bijou. Holzböden, ein Schwedenofen, 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 Badezimmer 1 x mit Dusche WC, 1 x mit Bad/Dusche/WC. Küche mit Induktionsherd, Nespresso Maschine und vieles mehr gehören zum Standard. Der eigene Parkplatz verfügt über eine Ladestation für E Autos (kostenpflichtig).

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

Charmantes Chalet in ruhiger Lage, mit Blick auf die Loipen von Rona, direkt am grössten Naturpark der Schweiz, dem Parc Ela, und 7 Min entfernt vom familienfreundlichen Skigebiet Savognin. Auf 1450 Höhenmetern haben wir mit viel Liebe einen komfortablen Rückzugsort erschaffen, immer mit Bedacht den ursprünglichen Charme zu erhalten. Überall im Haus finden sich noch die original Bauelemente der ehemaligen Scheune aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, kombiniert mit modernen Elementen.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Do not forget to take a trip on the characteristic red train to enjoy the extraordinary panoramic views. Nearby you will find numerous cozy bars and restaurants to taste the many 100% Valposchiavo specialties of the area.
