Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Very central with breathtaking view lake/mountains

This large, very bright and quiet top floor apartment has two terraces and enjoys a splendid view of the lake. It is located a stone's throw from the most prestigious shopping streets of St. Moritz and from the glamorous hotels and restaurants in the centre. It is also possible to reach the funicular for the Corviglia ski lifts in just 5 minutes on foot. Suitable for large families or groups of friends. The building has a lift, a garage space and a ski room.

Sie finden in der Wohnung eine neue Küche mit Geschirrspühler, sowie ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, WC und freistehender Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Bettsofa, Esstisch und einem schönen Cheminée ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett 2x90x200 und Kommoden im Umkleidezimmer.

The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

Appartamento molto luminoso, grande vetrata con vista sulle montagne, salotto spazioso con tavolo da pranzo e cucina separata. Comoda camera da letto matrimoniale con ampio armadio, bagno con doccia molto ampia.

Mehrere gute Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Hallenbad Ovaverva um die Ecke.
