Towering over lush olive groves, Villa ARIALKίS not only offers all the comforts for the most discerning visitor, but also majestic views stretching from the Cretan sea to the White Mountains. We have therefore coined our villa "ARIALKίS" from Greek roots, which mean the power of the earth and sea. A befitting name, as the picturesque landscape and the azure of the sea dynamically burst forth to clash in contrast with the white-washed villages and the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The Orange Tree Garden

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
