Formerly the palace of the family Šuflaj, one of the homes of the famous Grič Witch, a place where composers created and musicians played, this is a home of travellers, world wonderers, writers, artists, poets and painters. More a museum then apartment. Situated in the heart of old upper town Zagreb, tourists hotspots, the Strossmayer walkway, the Grič Park and the St. Markos church, this exclusive cosy home of 75m2 with a gallery above and a fireplace is the perfect place for your Zagreb trip.

The 56m2 apartment is set in a residential area with a large green park suitable for children. Close to a supermarket, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, and several restaurants providing delivery service. It's located 300m from a train station and 150m from a bus stop. The city center is 15-20min away by car. Zagreb Airport is 25km away. The apartment is set up as a hotel suite and has no standard kitchen included. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a tea kettle, and basic utensils.

Ugodna, intimna kuća okružena zelenilom u blizini Zagreba (cca 25 min autom), na padinama parka prirode Žumberackog i Samoborskog gorja. U zimskim danima nudi ugođaj uz kamin na drva, a posjeduje i natkrivenu otvorenu tersau uz šarmantni prostor za opuštanje na svježem zraku. Vani je privatni grijani bazen 4x8 (otvoren od 01.5.-01.10.) okružen bujnim zelenilom koje nudi privatnost. Kuća je opremljena za 6 osoba i max.2 psa te idealna je za obiteljski odmor. Entire upper floor, w/ bedroom, mezzanine and w/c

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Uz sanitarni čvor tu je i veliki walk-in tuš te prostor za odmaranje na posebno dizajniranim drvenim ležaljkama. Svim gostima na raspolaganju je bogat izbor čajeva kao i kava, a uz nadoplatu je moguće koristiti i minibar. Parking je odmah ispred prostora i ne naplaćuje se.

Ovaj novo renoviran smještaj idealan je za do četvero ljudi. Okružen je zelenilom s besplatnim parkingom kraj zgrade. Do centra grada je potrebno 10tak minuta busom ili autom. Samo desetak minuta lagane šetnje je udaljen od jezera Jarun - gradske zelene oaze.
