I have traveled to Himalaya first time in my life. I have been just dreaming about the local culture of Himalaya but finally I was able to visit there. I loved the way Manoj hosted me and he took care of everything for me. This place was really nice and calm. I really enjoyed my stay here. lovely people were around there. I visited Nanda Devi temple as well. Thanks Manoj for everything. I will be back in sometime :).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La riviere waterfront and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The host, Aanshu , welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of the family. The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, with cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and impeccable cleanliness. We stayed for more than a week at Upendra's homestay. It was very impressive. I would specially like to mention how at home we felt with them. The food was homemade, tasty, farm grown and just amazing. They took good care of us even when we fell sick. It was "homestay" in the truest sense of the word. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Great place to halt in Sonprayag on the way to Kedarnath. Could park my motorcycle in their porch-garage for 3 days. Though located away from the main road, host provided pick up and drop for the Yatra. Great home cooked meals. Very responsive to your demands. Both the brothers manage this place like home and treat guests like family members. Overall, it was a great experience.
