Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Less than 30 minutes commute to the Frankfurt fair, airport or main station door-to-door and only three minutes by foot to Wilhelmsplatz - one of the best places in Hessen for bars and restaurants by night and organic farmer's market by day.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Welcome! You will be staying just a couple of minutes walking to cozy, hip "Berger Street" offering several restaurants, Cafés and Shopping opportunities right in front of the door! Great connections to the airport (35min) and the Frankfurt Fair (15min) The apartment is located on the so called "Naxosgelände" with the "Willy Praml Theatre", "Die Käs" and Mousonturm offering diverse, daily cultural events right on the premises. A nice grocery store is located just across the street!

Cosy, well-equipped apartment near Frankfurt

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

Einkaufszentrum, Backerei, Eisdiele, Wochenmarkt und S-Bahnanschluss S6 nach Frankfurt, sind in 7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn bist du in 20 Minuten bei der Messe in Frankfurt.

This bright apartment is located in a country-style family house. It has satellite TV, WiFi, a large kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street a few minutes from the historic old town with restaurants, cafes and bakeries. It is a 3-minute drive to the train station with a direct connection to Frankfurt East (ECB), Frankfurt South, the main train station or the airport. The A66 motorway can also be reached in 3 minutes.
