Traditional stone house resently renovated,surrounded dy stone yards with colorful gardens, fruit trees and olive trees.Sleeps up to 7 people. The house is situated at the village of MAGAZIA at the hamlet of BOIKATIKA 4 km from the main port of Gaios, and 3 km. from Loggos and Lakka harbours. At the village there are tavernas, a bakery, a super market, cafes, as well as a petrol station. The closest beach is Erimitis, 15-25 mins walk down a small hill from the house or 5 mins drive.

Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
