There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da mastri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. Apartment and panoramic garden in Civita

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
