Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

Nice and clean place, hassle free check in, very convenient for south goa stay.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Het appartement was voor de chauffeur (van het vliegveld ) moeilijk te vinden . De gastvrouw is heel aardig. Zij wachtte ons op en liet alles zien. Het appartement was schoon. De keuken is wat minimalistisch uitgerust maar als je iets nodig hebt dan kan je dat vragen en wordt het gelijk gebracht. Wij zitten b v . graag op het balkon en de gevraagde stoelen kwamen er gelijk aan. Het zwembad vonden wij een meerwaarde. We konden in het gebouw stoelen pakken en heerlijk aan het zwembad zitten. Tijdens ons verblijf was het water schoon en goed van temperatuur. De host reageert altijd heel snel en regelt zaken ook gelijk. Ook supervriendelijk! Minpuntjes waren de drukke weg en de afstand naar het strand. Wij rijden geen scooter en liepen steeds. Al met al hebben wij een heerlijke 3 weken daar gehad!

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Shaeen and her husband both were very warm and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Will surely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Cheers!

We had a great stay at the villa! The house ambience was really pleasant and the surrounding society felt safe and peaceful. The swimming pool and balcony were definite highlights—perfect spots to relax. It’s also a big plus that clubs and other hangout spots are nearby, making it convenient for nightlife. One suggestion would be to clearly communicate the swimming pool rules in advance, especially regarding the required swimming costumes, to avoid any confusion. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

We were lucky to find such a beautiful property in Goa. The place was very neat and clean. Also, the host is so helpful and supportive. He did things out of the box which was a surprise to us. We really enjoyed the stay, it felt like home. Highly recommended if you are visiting Goa.

I recently stayed at Rustic Villa Dar Al Salaam and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and had a beautiful design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

the Banyan Villa 1 is exactly as described in the description n photos. The Villa is immaculate n pristine. My family had a wonderful time here with the clean pool n spotless room's n kitchen. thanks to Raj the caretaker who was responsive n frendly n always at our service when needed.. This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

It was a get away home experience at Nalin's place. A warm welcome from the care taker Mansingh and support from him through the stay was exceptional. Also special mention is the breakfast from the lady staff who take care of the property, it was awesome. For sure this is our place for any visit to Goa in future. It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.
