A Great Riverbend Escape

This beautiful property is located just a 1/4 mile nature hike to the Little Tennessee River to take a quiet walk and gaze at the river. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Franklin, gem mining close by, as well as Nantahala Outdoor Center for rafting 1 hour away. So much to see and do for all ages. Play corn hole in the yard or just relax and enjoy being away from your hectic pace of life. NO PARTIES!! NO PETS!! PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES!!

Amazing Lakefront home with private NEW dock

Relax with your whole crew in a peaceful, secluded house right on the lake. Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house. In the evenings enjoy dinner on the deck, drinks by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub.

Peak Place - Mountain House 5 minutes to Main St!

This home is a cozy retreat 2 miles from the beautiful mountain town of Highlands’ Main Street. The house has plenty of space for parking and an enjoyable front porch looking over the spacious front yard and wooded surroundings. The King and Queen bedroom both have French doors that open out onto the porch. The house has a contemporary mountain feel. Situated in a perfect location to enjoy Highlands with family or friends.
