Duck Tree Lodge - a beautiful bush lodging

Comfortable and welcoming country lodge set on 4 acres of beautiful native bushland and landscaped gardens. Located just 2km's from Woodend in cool country Macedon Ranges. A cosy fireplace inside complements a stunning outdoor setting that is home to roos, wallabies, echidnas and koalas. Woodend is a pretty and vibrant town, great for walks, vineyards and a terrific microbrewery. Tylden Tranquility

Set on an historic one-of-a-kind 1000 acre property in the Macedon Ranges, this charming cottage will provide the ultimate escape. The cottage is away from the workings of the day to day farm, with its own garden, so there is a feeling of privacy. It has a cosy wood fire, reverse-cycle aircon, Netflix, queen beds in both bedrooms and an additional single bed. The gorgeous setting lends itself to enjoying a morning coffee or dining alfesco while taking in the beautiful landscape.

N.B: Please ensure you specify the correct number of guests when booking. Any undeclared overnight guests will be charged to the credit card used for booking following departure. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

The Architect designed and Master Built passive solar home is set in a large and secluded garden amongst local black gums and natives of the area, it makes the perfect getaway. A 2 ½ block walk has you in the centre of town where you can find restaurants, cafes, and local boutiques.

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
