Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) in the historic market town of Spilsby. The Carriage House is a unique property close to the market square with good bus links to neighbouring towns. Boston is 17 miles away, Skegness 11 and Lincoln 25. The area is known for its close links to aviation history with museum and RAF Coningsby 15 minutes away. Bolingbroke Castle is 10 minutes by car and Gunby Hall just one of many places to visit.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
