Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Spacious flat with queen bed, living room, full bath, kitchenette & reliable internet. Linens & towels included. Kitchenette has all essentials - Keurig, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave, blender, tabletop air fryer/oven. NO cooktop or elevator. Updated in 2024 with all new furniture, mattress, and linens. Clean, well equipped, comfortable!

Enjoy your stay right in the center of the village! Walking distance to great restaurants, hair salons, Oswego river, and a short distance away to get on 481 towards Syracuse! This spacious apartment offers a dedicated workspace, reclining couch and lounger, a queen size bed with adjustable frame, fully equipped kitchen, large shower, and plenty of storage space! There is enough parking space out back. Please excuse the outside as we are finishing painting/siding. THIS IS AN UPSTAIRS UNIT!

Please note due this property being riverfront, it is not appropriate for guests with small children. If you are looking for quiet in the beauty of nature or happen to be a fishing enthusiast, this is just the spot for you. Our home is 7 years old includes a large open kitchen and living room area with a gas fireplace. Also, enjoy a cozy 4 season porch with wood burning fireplace along with an 8 person all season Jacuzzi and large private patio.

A short 2 block walk brings you to Lock #1 Oswego Canal, you can see boats traveling the world! Restaurants, bars, boutiques, shopping and more! Enjoy live bands at Henley Park on the water in the summer on Mondays and Fridays. There is also a public boat launch located in downtown Phoenix. Close to Lock 1 Distillery, Tones Cones Ice Cream, Independent Pizzeria, Duskees and more. Amazing location, 20 minutes to Syracuse as well as Oswego.

Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
